What is a Resume Tee?

In the spirit of putting yourself out there, the Blackbird Resume Tee is a creative way to expand a job search. It makes the process interactive and invites people to talk to you. When you browse the job search engines and send your information off into cyberspace, you often lose all of the human interaction. And while we wouldn’t suggest that anyone abandon the more traditional route, we certainly don’t see any harm in covering more ground.

Simply put, we believe there is a lot of value in talking to people. And many would argue that networking can make a world of difference when searching for a job. Individuals you meet while wearing your shirt might offer tips, serve as a point of contact, extend support and encouragement, or expand your view of what you’re qualified to do. These interactions are not only an opportunity for people to ask you questions, they also present an opportunity for you to interview others about what they do, how they got started, etc.
