Returns
We understand that shopping online, although convenient, can sometimes be tricky because you can’t touch or feel the item, try it on, or examine it up close. We work hard to create a quality product and our goal is for you to be happy with your order. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied and would like to arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by e-mailing us: support@blackbirdtees.com
Depending on the circumstances, we will work out a solution with you. In the case of a return or exchange, we ask only that you mail the garment in it’s original condition back to us via Standard Mail (generally $1-3 depending on weight).
Privacy Policy
We are committed to safeguarding our customers’ personal data. We will NEVER distribute your personal information to other companies for use in mailing lists, surveys or ANY other purpose. We may contact you via e-mail regarding your order but that’s it!
