To the Moon, Alice.

Melancholy and sweet print by BestArtStudios2, It’s Lonely Down Here.
Over the past several days, I’ve come in contact with an unusually large number of crazies, and these run-ins brought to mind the urban legend about full moons. For those that don’t know, legend has it that the rise of a full moon does something to people’s mental state. Emergency rooms report an increase in patients. There’s a higher incidence of strange behavior and bizarre crimes, etc.
Well, to indulge my gut feeling that the universe is slightly off kilter, I thought I’d just take a glance at the ol’ Farmers Almanac. Low and behold, it was a full moon up in the sky on Tuesday night. Creepy, eh? Luckily, I raided a bag of mint chocolate cookies and passed out in a food coma, so even if a werewolf, ghostie, goulie or other night prowler came around, I was passed out in a food coma. Mmmm, sugar. The risks I take for you. And thanks to the collection of below items, I’m making a whole new slew of associations with moonlight.
